When it comes to making payments for the items you purchase, we have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to find a mode of payment that best fits your needs. For our UK customers, we do not charge a shipping cost. For purchases, we accept direct bank transfers, credit cards, cheques, and PayPal.
Direct Bank Transfers
Direct Bank Transfers are a quick and simple way to get your payment to us in relatively little time. When you make your transfer, relay the total amount directly into the Brighton Flooring Limited bank account. To ensure your payment is posted to the correct order, please enter your Order ID in the “Payment Reference” area of the transfer. Your Order ID will be given to you upon checkout, so be sure to write it down and have it on hand when you conduct the direct bank transfer.
Brighton Flooring Limited is also proud to accept cheque payments for all transactions performed on our site. Once you have completed your checkout and have been given the total amount your purchases, Brighton Flooring Limited will prepare your items for shipping and reserve the order until your cheque arrives. Once the cheque arrives in our facility, it is processed immediately. When the cheque clears our bank, we will promptly ship your order out to you. Please be aware that choosing to pay by cheque is a bit more time confusing than our other payment options, so if time is a major concern, we recommend using a direct bank transfer or PayPal.

Please note that there are a few requirements to using PayPal. First, you must have a valid email address. Secondly, you must have an active credit or debit/cheque card that has the necessary funds readily available. If you are using PayPal’s direct bank transfer option, you should be mindful that you have enough money in your bank account to cover the costs of your purchases with us.
PayPal is by far the quickest way to get your payment to us. The vast majority of transactions clear immediately, and we can then ship your products out to you right away. Bear in mind that PayPal is one of the safest, most secure websites on the internet, and your information is safe and confidential with them.
While PayPal does charge a nominal fee to transfer money from one’s PayPal account, it is always free to SEND money from one’s PayPal account. International customers will want to note that they can also send money without charge through PayPal, but only if the transaction does not include a currency conversion. If PayPal has to convert the currency into US dollars, a small fee will be assessed and tacked on to the total transaction amount.
Returns and Exchanges
Though Brighton Flooring Limited proudly stands by all its merchandise, we of course understand that the need to return or exchange an item will come up from time to time. We have devised a returns and exchanges policy which we feel is fair, in the best interests of both parties, and specifically tailored to meet the unique, intimate nature of our products.
Within 14 business days of the shipment date, most of the items purchased on our site can be returned or exchanged. Please note that only defective or damaged items may be returned. We trust the parcel service to handle our products carefully, but we understand that this may not always be possible. So, if the damages have been caused by shipping error, we can and will not be held responsible. In these instances, you will need to make a claim with the parcel service and seek damages from them.
All exchanged or returned merchandise must have all original tags attached. Items also must be in its original packaging and be unworn. We are unable to refund any return items that show obvious signs of having been worn. On intimate items like G-strings, panties, thongs, and bikinis, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons. I’m sure you understand our concern for individual and public health and safety.
If you are having issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally though our sales department email: email@example.com. Kindly inform us that you wish to return or exchange an item within seven days of receiving your merchandise. We will email you a brief form to fill out, outlining the issue with the product, which you will then send back to us. If this form meets our requirements for a valid return or exchange, we will issue you a Return Authorisation number in reply. ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER.
Please try to repack your item in the box it originally came in. Include a printed copy of the form we emailed you and your Return Authorisation number, as well as your original Brighton Flooring Limited receipt (which shows the date we shipped it from our facilities). Address the box to us and ship it through the post.
